SALES TERMS SHOW OF SHOWS AND OVMS INFORMATION

Attention! We no longer accept direct credit card payment. You my still pay by credit card with PayPal. Guarantee: Every item we sell comes with the guarantee that it is 100% original and authentic unless otherwise described. We do not guarantee size or that an item will fit you. We are relic merchants, not dressmakers. All items come with a 3 day inspection period and may be returned if not original or as described for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. Items altered in any way by you, the buyer, may not be returned for any reason. Please contact us before returning an item so we can prepare for its return. Availability: Items are sold on a first come, first served basis. We update the site regularly to reflect current inventory status. Generally, if there is a dollar amount in the price column, the item is available. If the price column reads RESERVED the item is on hold and awaiting payment. SOLD means the item is no longer available. Please contact agmohio to check on availability before sending payment. A Special Note About Ordnance: Because of new Federal regulations, we no longer ship inert ordnance. Such items are sold only at shows. Ordering: Select the items that you want to purchase by the item number. Then call 1-(937)-764-2030 or email us at agmohio@sbcglobal.net to check on availability and reserve your items. We will let you know the total due. Payment must be received within 10 days. Business Hours: We are available by phone at 1-937-764-2030 between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. We can sometimes be reached on Saturday but we are always closed on Sunday. We take the Sabbath seriously. Our business is conducted by mail or at shows only. We have no 'Open to the Public' shop. Payment: We accept money orders, personal checks, as well as online payments through www.PayPal.com. The email address for online payment is: agmohio@sbcglobal.net. Our European customers may pay cash in Euros. We can only accept Euros in cash. Ohio residents will have the 7% state sales tax added to their total. Attention! Bill Combs Trades: We will consider trades on a case by case basis, but generally, cash is king. Shipping Charges: A flat US shipping and handling charge is listed with each item. This amount includes the USPS Priority or First Class Mail postage and insurance. Foreign shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase. Foreign orders cannot be insured. Orders going outside the US will be shipped either by 1st Class Mail International or by Priority Mail International depending on their value. Packages with a combined value of $49.99 or less will be shipped 1st Class with no tracking number. Packages with a combined value of more than $50.00 with be shipped Priority Mail with a tracking number. All foreign orders are shipped at the buyer's risk with no refund for lost mail.
